GMO (Genetically Moving Organism) is a choreogenetic work composed of a series of solos (or duets) representing the gene sequence of the performer's DNA. For each performance, the dancer is inside a closed room – a cell – where the audience is invited to enter, only one person at a time. The spectator who invades the space will have to dictate, one by one, each movement of the genetic score that the dancer must interpret, an infinite series of nucleotides (A, T, C, G) that never stops…
